Can Instant Messaging work for your Agency?

But how do you use it as a travel consultant?

Step #1
Install the major instant messaging apps on your business smartphone

Step #2
On your website, contact page suggest the most popular one that they can reach you at. It could be simple phone SMS, or Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp. Ask a few of your customers which one they prefer. 

Step #3
When talking to your customers, ask if you can "text them the details". This is how you can reduce the email back an forth when planning a trip.
