If you don't email - does your Agency exists?
There's a saying (and I paraphrase)...
Emerald Forest
"If a tree falls in the forest, does it make a sound?"
It's the same thing for your existing customers, "If you don't remind them about you, will they remember you?"
We see this play out in life all the time. With significant others, with our children, with friends and relatives who live far away. Stop calling or emailing them and bam - you all forget each other.
So why do we want this universal rule to be different for our customer lists? Why are we afraid to email our customers?
I've thought that I'd have nothing to say to a relative that I had not called in a long time -- that it would be awkward. Filled with long silences or even boring, but in almost every case, we were really glad to hear from each other.
There are almost always no regrets to that piece of communication. The one instance, of course, is if you have an uncle who forwards chain conspiracy emails to you. (You don't want that one).
So I ask again, why are we afraid to email our customers?
Generally, it's because we think we have nothing to say. Nothing to contribute, or they may think we're annoying them. More often than not, it's just your insecurities at play here.
Customers are glad to hear from you if you have something cool to share. Some good pieces of travel inspiration - and even some new deal that you're offering. It might just cause them to spring into action.
And that's a new lead for you. A new conversation that would not have happened if you didn't communicate.
So here's what we have for you today...
A free email marketing guide that will help you with what to say, how to say it and when to say it.
Bonus points, it will also show you how to collect new leads as well.
Want it?
Ask nicely to get it - free, of course.
